Bought the XS for our Maine Coon to prevent him pawing his stitches after an eye surgery. It looked fine, allowing the cat to move his head, hear and see properly without the interference of the classic cone he had before, which was very bothersome. However, the first time he tried, his hind paw comfortably reached his face and reopened his wound! It looked good, but I think it would only be good in restricting him licking his body. As far as protecting his face, it was not good at all.
